If we plant it: replacement for dead plants
·100% for plant and labor


If you plant it: replacement or credit for dead plants
·100% for plant only; up to Two full years
·50% for the remaining Year


You must have your receipt to verify proof and date of purchase in order for us to honor this guarantee. Please read non-guaranteed items list below
Guarantees are only valid when plants are planted and cared for as advised in our “Plant/Care” instructions and are planted in the correct hardiness zone.

The plant must be examined, at the site it was planted, by one of our professionals prior to any replacement or credit allowance. Please call ahead if you suspect a problem. We cannot accept live plants for replacement or credit. Only one plant will be given as credit or replacement per plant guarantee.

We do not guarantee the following:
· Discounted merchandise (anything less then full price)
· Plants returned without sales slip. You must have original sales slip
· Plants improperly planted or watered, broadleaf evergreens planted on a south/southwest exposure, or those damaged by improper use of chemicals (too much fertilizer, no water, etc.)
· Trees and shrubs to bloom
· Plants lost due to an act of God or weather (temperatures below the cold hardiness of that plant as determined by NOAA local low temperature records for the season in question.
· Herbaceous plants, i.e. perennials, annuals, bulbs, and houseplants
· Roses – all Tea roses should be planted with bud union 3” below ground level
· Selected zone 5a or 5b plants as labeled (Japanese Maples, Buddleia, Caryopteris) those plants planted out of hardiness zone in our area.
Our guarantee is as stands. There will be absolutely no exception to any of the above circumstances.
Planting costs vary := 65-100% or more of total cost (minimum of $60.00). Plant/bed size, materials, equipment, site accessibility and travel time/distance may affect this cost.
*Dead plant: a dead plant shows no visible life within its stems and branches. A plant w/o leaves (or one which has suddenly lost its leaves) does not necessarily constitute a dead plant. If we feel that a plant will recover in a reasonable time period, the plant is obviously not dead.        06BVF
